• Dental Implants – a titanium screw is placed in the jawbone to permanently replace the root of the missing tooth and provide a strong foundation for replacement teeth.
• All on 4 – implants are placed at an innovative angle to avoid bone-deficient areas and enable a full arch of missing teeth to be supported by just four implants.
• Sleep Dentistry – treatments can be done under IV sedation, putting patients into a dream-like highly-relaxed state to relieve all pain, anxiety and stress.

Wollongong Implant Institute was founded by Dr Ahmed Bedeir in a bid to deliver an unparalleled service to patients needing dental implant treatment. Dr Bedeir has always had a keen interest in oral surgery and implantology and has dedicated his career to expanding his knowledge and honing his craft. He has a Masters in Implantology from Goethe University Frankfurt, one of the most reputable universities in the world for the study of dental implants.

Dr Bedeir has since studied full arch rehabilitation further and has trained with leading experts in the field. Now with 20 years of practice under his belt, he is also a member of the International Team of Implantology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and continues to both learn more about new and evolving techniques and share his knowledge with his industry peers.

Dr Bedeir works on hundreds of dental implant cases every year and is delighted that he is able to offer this service in his own dedicated practice. Not only is Dr Bedeir highly qualified and experienced, but he has an innate ability for listening to his patients, understanding their needs and using his knowledge to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes. While he loves implantology, his true driver is the smiles he puts on his patients’ faces.
